After our #SkyMilesLife campaign had been in market for a few years, Delta tasked us with re-inspiring customers by encouraging them to break out of the feed and start living their own #SkyMilesLife out in the world.

SkyMiles: Stop scrolling, start going
Content capture
We approached the shoot as a content capture, to not only film for our hero video, but to capture video and stills that could be utilized throughout the year, and combined into an endless amount of creative executions.

Social launch
We launched with a video challenging customers to stop scrolling, and start going out into the world. Video was versioned for non-Members (to join), and current SkyMiles Members (to use miles and live their own adventures).

We created a series of posts on Delta's organic channels highlighting themes we are seeing throughout the feed, from A Pop of Color, Cozy Places, Movement, to Living on the Edge

Throughout the year we curated real Member stories and shared them out to inspire the world.
Rewarding our Members
We sent custom #SkyMilesLife backpacks to our top posters and SkyMiles Members, and received a positive response from over 70% of those we sent to. Members started taking their bags out into the world and sharing immediately.
